Specific Qualifications & Responsibilities
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, public relations or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position especially in F&B Industry
- Strong understanding of promotion, activation, and public relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, innovative, detail and analysis
- Fluent in English
- Placement in Surabaya
Responsibilities :
1. Conduct market and consumer behavior analysis to adjust strategies to the needs of each brand.
2. Create and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
3. Plan and implement promotional programs both regularly, seasonally and programs for members.
4. Plan and coordinate the implementation of every event both internal and external.
5. Build cooperation and maintain good relationships with various partners such as other brands, communities, media or agencies.
6. Make reports on every promotional program, event and other activations that have been carried out.
